The National Taiwan Museum (NTM) is hosting “Warriors of the Future - A Sustainable Global Environment Exhibition (未來戰士—永續地球環境特展)” in Taipei from Aug. 20 to 31. This exhibition highlights environmental sustainability issues through interactive installations and role-playing games.
This exhibition, centered around a narrative of astronauts seeking a new home planet, invites visitors to become “warriors of the future.” It explores Earth’s crises through 32 themes, such as “Air,” “Water,” “Land,” and “Organisms,” and encourages people to come up with more sustainability solutions.
During the opening ceremony, NTM Director Hung Shih-yu (洪世佑) noted that the Museum has long provided educational resources on cultural and biological diversity. This exhibition aspires to enhance public awareness on environmental sustainability.
The NTM aims to encourage visitors to take proactive actions in addressing environmental issues and to view environmental sustainability as both a duty and a responsibility.
