In partnership with the Ministry of Culture, Delfina Foundation welcomes applications from artists and curators based in Taiwan for a six-week residency in London, taking place from Aug. 8 to Sep. 18, 2022.
Alongside gaining time and space to develop their work, Delfina Foundation’s residents participate in a bespoke program that includes guided visits to museums, galleries, non-profits, artist-run spaces and studios, as well as trips to institutions outside London. Residents will have opportunities to meet and engage with artists, curators, academics and researchers through organized presentations, studio visits, events and meals. There will be professional development activities including presentations and critics, portfolio reviews, and mentoring activities.
Delfina Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to facilitating artistic exchange and developing creative practice through residencies, partnerships and public programming. Each year, Delfina Foundation runs four residency programs: winter, spring, summer and autumn. These residency seasons are assigned either as 'open' (dedicated independent research) or 'thematic' (focusing on a specific issue or idea).
