To share the vibrant energy of the Taiwanese artistic community with the world, the Taipei Cultural Center (TCC), Yun International Music Foundation (YIMF), and Flushing Town Hall (FTH) will jointly launch an online concert titled "An Evening with Taiwanese Piano Stars - Ching-Yun Hu (胡瀞云) with Young Piano Talents concert" on July 31 and August 14.

The concert is part of TCC in New York's 30th Anniversary program and was pre-recorded at Kaufmann Music Center - Merkin Hall in New York, and music studios in Taiwan. It will be broadcast live on July 31, as the opening concert of the PYPA Piano Festival, and as part of New York's Flushing Town Hall online program on August 14.

In this concert, Hu, the world-class pianist, is joined by two rising Taiwanese piano stars, Natasha Wu (吳怡慧) and Chang Yao-wen (張耀文), in a program of piano classics by Schubert, Chopin, Liszt, Rachmaninoff and Taiwan's own Hsiao Tyzen (蕭泰然).

Hu will perform the works featuring "Chopin Impromptu in A-Flat Major, Op. 29," "Schubert/Liszt "Ave Maria," "Rachmaninoff Etudes-tableaux, Op. 39, No. 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 9," "Tyzen Hsiao The Angel from Formosa," to name a few.
