Secretariat
The Secretariat of the Ministry of Culture is composed of three divisions. Its functions include the following:
Safekeeping the Ministry of Culture's official seals, paperwork, and files.
Managing the Ministry of Culture's meetings, expenses, finances, maintenance duties, purchases, and other general affairs.
Supervising the Ministry of Culture's service team, including technicians and chauffeurs.
Handling all the affairs that fall outside of the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Culture's other departments and divisions.
