Sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, the first national cultural forum of 2013 invited representatives of the visual arts industry to discuss ways to bring the nation’s cultural sector to the next level. Since last year’s economic fluctuations led the commercial art market to adopt a wait-and-see attitude, participants in the cultural forum called upon the nation to rediscover their collective passion for the arts.
