Through an exchange program between the Digital Art Center in Taipei and Transcultures in Mons, Taiwanese artists Chang Yung-ta (張永達), Fujui Wang (王福瑞), Wang Chung-kun (王仲堃), and Yao Chung-han (姚仲涵) joined the City Sonic sound art festival in Belgium.

Taiwan's participation in the City Sonic festival comprises the first leg of "B!as 2015: Taiwan-Belgium Sound Art Exchange Project.” The second half of the project will see visiting Belgian artists at the 2015 Digital Art Festival in Taipei.
