Taiwanese director Doze Niu (紐承澤) brought his latest film, "Paradise in Service (軍中樂園),” to the 2015 Edinburgh International Film Festival (EIFF) in Scotland, garnering positive responses from audiences and critics.
Niu's period drama depicting a non-judgmental portrayal of life in a military-run brothel was screened at the ODEON Cinema, a well-known cinema chain. It was also selected to compete with other 10 films for this year's best foreign film award at the EIFF.
