"Our Times (我的少女時代),” the blockbuster of the year in Taiwan, and "Zinnia Flower (百日告別),” a hundred-day journey of dealing withloss, were screened in Canada as part of the 2015 Toronto Reel Asian International Film Festival.
"Our Times,” a bittersweet high school romance accompanied by a memorable soundtrack featuring hit songs from the 1990s, has grossed over NT$400 million (US$12.25 million) around Taiwan since its release in August.
"Zinnia Flower” trails the aftermath of twin tragedies, in which a widow mourns the death of his pregnant wife from an accident that took away the life of another's fiancé.
