"The Crafts with Aesthetics Touch Our Hearts" exhibition jointly hosted by Nantou-based NTCRI and Taichung-based NLPI will explore the everyday aesthetics found in local handicrafts from Taiwan, Thailand, and Japan.
The 2021 Taiwan International Light Festival (TILF) will take place at the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts (NTMoFA) in Taichung through March 28.
Taiwanese literature will be highlighted at the BCLT's "International Literary Translation and Creative Writing Summer School 2021." Five Taiwanese translators will be selected by the National Museum of Taiwan to receive full funding to attend the Summer School.

NHRM publishes illustrated book on children
National Human Rights Museum (NHRM) published a picture book titled "I Am a Child! I Have Rights!" which elaborates on the main principles of UNCRC, such as the importance of children's rights, the freedom of exercising their rights, while at the same time raising awareness for child protection.

Taiwan's first professional medical film studio, created by Awesomeworks Production with support from TAICCA, officially opened on March 2, providing a solution for lack of sufficient medical-theme filming locations.

Ruan Guang-min is an award-winning manga artist whose works are known for their detailed portrayal of stories and characters inspired by Taiwan. Most recently, he was presented the silver award at the Japan International Manga Award for his graphic novel adaption of "The Illusionist on the Skywalk and Other Stories," written by Wu Ming-yi.
