Coronet Theatre runs first Taiwan Festival in London

The Coronet Theatre in London is hosting the first Taiwan Festival from Apr. 12 to 27, featuring six outstanding artists or art groups from Taiwan, including installation artist Feng Cheng-tsung (范承宗), Riverbed Theatre (河床劇團), Anarchy Dance Company (安娜琪舞蹈劇場), Hung Dance (翃舞製作), dancer-choreographer Chou Kuan-jou (周寬柔), and music artist Wang Yu-jun (王榆鈞). 

 

The Coronet Theatre is an exceptional international performing arts venue known for its collaborations with artists worldwide. It has presented festivals highlighting the cultural richness of various Asian countries, including Japan and South Korea.

 

Anda Winters, the artistic director and CEO of the Coronet Theatre, said that the Taiwan Festival serves as a gateway to appreciate the diverse cultural expressions and arts of Taiwan.
