2020 Taipei book fair has been called off
As co-organizers of the 28th Taipei International Book Exhibition (TIBE), the Ministry of Culture and the Taipei Book Fair Foundation have cancelled the annual book fair amid the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the spread of the novel coronavirus COVID-19.
Prevention guide for indoor, outdoor events
Taiwan's Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) recommends that all outdoor gatherings of more than 500 people and indoor events involving more than 100 participants should be cancelled. In response, here is the Ministry of Culture's latest coronavirus prevention guide.
2020 Creative Expo Taiwan suspended
The 2020 Creative Expo Taiwan (CET), Taiwan's largest trade fair for the creative sector, has been suspended due to concerns that the annual event would not be able to live up to its expected quality or fulfill its commitments toward exhibitors and attendees as the battle to eradicate the coronavirus continues.
