Tu Mo-ho has been involved in traditional clay sculpture for decades and has learned from a variety of masters. He has a foundation in an array of traditional arts and crafts, including paper mache, float-making, collage, painting, and clay sculpture, demonstrating a high level of skill and technique expressed through delicate, detailed work. In 2021, the Ministry of Culture named him a National Living Treasure for his accomplishments.
Against-Again Troupe was founded in 2002 in Taiwan by a group of theatre practitioners coming from diverse artistic backgrounds. In 2019, the Transitional Justice Commission (TJC) commissioned the troupe to produce and perform "White Clear Song," which was based on the history of the White Terror, and they performed in places across Taiwan. Furthermore, it won the Annual Grand Prize at the 18th Taishin Arts Award.
