The Cultural Division of the Taipei Representative Office (TRO) in Germany is collaborating with the Taiwan Association in Berlin to present Taiwanese artist Fu Ya-wen at the 21st WRO Media Art Biennale 2025 in Poland. 
The Preparatory Office of the National Taiwan Museum of Comics, in collaboration with the Kyoto International Manga Museum, will launch the exhibition “A Century of Manga Culture: An Encounter of Taiwan and Japan’s Youth” on May 24 in Kyoto, Japan.
The Cultural Division of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in Spain, in collaboration with the Filmoteca de Catalunya, will present “A Retrospective on Director Tsai Ming-liang” in Barcelona from June 4 to July 5.

The National Museum of Taiwan Literature (NMTL) officially opened its second Taipei Branch – the Taiwan Literature Hub – on June 6. The Hub provides a new space for literary and cross-disciplinary creators and aims to encourage literary development.

The National Taiwan Museum, the Humboldt Forum’s Ethnological Museum of Berlin, and the Research Center for Historical Sources of Taiwan in Europe at National Chengchi University have signed a Letter of Intent for joint curatorial cooperation.

The National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Institute (NTCRI) held an international forum on Taiwan-Japan ceramic exchange at the Yingge Ceramics Museum in New Taipei City on June 3.

Ilisin is an annual festival celebrated by Fakong Village in Fengbin Township, Hualien County. Lasting several days, the festival consists of rituals and activities for people to pray for the community’s health and prosperity. Ilisin is not merely a harvest celebration but also a vital practice of Amis social order and community building.

Opened to the public since June 2024, the Hengchun Cultural Center Folk Songs Museum serves as a cultural hub for the local community. It offers a space for cultural and historical practitioners to promote and preserve the legacy of Hengchun folk songs.
