Taiwan Cultural Center in Tokyo
The Taiwan Cultural Center in Tokyo is the platform for the promotion of Taiwanese culture in Japan. It assists Taiwan's arts and cultural groups in participating in international events; encourages the domestic private sector, foundations, and non-profit organizations to take part in global cultural exchanges; and deepens the collaboration between the arts and cultural groups, art galleries, and museums of Taiwan and Japan.
Based on the spirit of the Republic of China's national foreign policy, the Center aims to enhance international relations through cultural exchanges and the promotion of Taiwanese values. Tangible exchanges such as hosting visiting artists and performance groups will help deepen the mutual friendship and understanding between the two nations.
