Supported by the Cultural Division of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Sydney, the 2nd Biennial Live Event in the Everyday Digital (BLEED) takes place across three cities, Melbourne, Sydney, and Taipei, from Aug. 29 to Sep. 25. Established in 2020, BLEED is a six-year project exploring how the online makes us feel.
Three Taiwanese artists Huang Hsin-chien, Hsu Chia-wei, and Yu Cheng-ta is selected to join the Aichi Triennale, one of the largest international art festivals in Japan, to showcase the artistic energy of Taiwan on the international stage from July 30 through Oct. 10.
Since its inception in 2016, the annual Taiwanese film screening event, rolled out by the Taiwan Cultural Center in Tokyo, has been well-received. From April 16 to October 22 this year, 7 Taiwanese films are streamed online. Taiwanese animated film "City of Lost Things" was screened on the first day of the event.

2022 National Cultural Heritage Day kicks off
In response to this year's European Heritage Days "Sustainable Heritage" theme, the Ministry of Culture's Bureau of Cultural Heritage collaborates with 22 local governments to hold the "International Heritage Mobile Exposition" from Sep. 17 to 18 to mark the 2022 National Cultural Heritage Day.
MOC obtains rights to indigenous intellectual creations
To protect the exclusive rights of indigenous peoples in their traditional arts, a signing ceremony of the exclusive license agreement on the property rights of intellectual creations was held on Sept. 19. Under the agreement, indigenous artisans will collaborate with fashion designers to create fashion pieces featuring indigenous cultures.
Film festival to screen 11 films promoting human rights
The 2022 Taiwan International Human Rights Film Festival will kick off on Sept. 23 with a selection of 11 films from home and abroad to be screened from Sept. 23 to 25, and a series of collaborative screenings will be held from Oct. 15 to Nov. 20. An online version of the festival will also be held from Sept. 26 until Oct. 10.

Soybean Farm has grown from domestic production of soybeans to actively promote environmentally friendly agriculture, diet, food, agricultural education, and interdisciplinary community cooperative actions. In 2021, the "Baodou Youth Village of the Future Project" was launched, and it is not only a hub for connecting local communities, but also a platform for young people to put into practice their own "micro-proposals."
