A total of 30 artworks were curated in this Taiwan-US cultural exchange exhibition to reflect the aesthetics and cultural roots of each featured printmaker.
'Sleep Mode,' a series created by artist Hao Ni to explore mankind's perpetual restlessness, is currently available for viewing at the Taiwan Academy in Los Angeles.

National cultural budget for 2017 sees 17% increase
The 2017 budget for the Ministry of Culture has been confirmed as NT$19.45 billion. The allocation represents NT$2.81 billion more than last year's budget, reflecting a total increase of 17%.
MOC assumes responsibility over Taichung theater
The National Taichung Theater, a world-class performance venue ten years in the making, was officially handed over to the Ministry of Culture to help ensure the equal distribution of cultural resources across all of Taiwan.
Grants offered for rural cultural development projects
The 2016 Youth Go! Village Cultural Development Project Competition offers grant money of up to NT$1 million (US$31,500). All local residents and foreign nationals residing in Taiwan aged between 20 and 35 are eligible to apply before Oct. 11, 2016.
Grants offered for Southeast Asian artists
To foster deeper and more diverse collaboration in the arts among the cultural communities of Southeast Asia and Taiwan, a grants program offered by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of China will accept proposals through Oct. 31, 2016.
