With support from the Ministry of Culture (MOC), the Taipei Cultural Center in New York is collaborating with the Worcester Art Museum (WAM) to present the exhibition “Lee Mingwei: Our Peaceable Kingdom.” 
With support from the Cultural Division of the Taipei Representative Office in Germany, Taiwanese artists Huang Po-chih and Lee Tzu-tung have been invited to participate in the German arts festival transmediale. 
In partnership with the Cultural Division of the Taipei Representative Office in the U.K., the Delfina Foundation is now accepting applications for a 12-week residency in London. The program will run from June 25 to Sept. 11.

On Jan. 28, Minister of Culture Li Yuan visited Fusion Space 1962 and the Central Bookstore, two sites in Taichung City selected as part of the 2025 Taiwan Culture Base program.

The inaugural Golden Picture Book Awards attracted strong interest, receiving a total of 428 submissions. On Jan. 26, the MOC announced the 24 finalists, along with the recipient of the Special Contribution Award, Tsao Chun-yen (曹俊彥).

The National Museum of History (NMP) launched the exhibition “A Wormhole to Blooming Fantasies: Hung Yi’s Sculptures” on Jan. 15, presenting 21 sculptural installations of Hung Yi’s across the museum’s outdoor spaces. 
Cultural Features
Born in 1936 in Tansui District, Taihoku Prefecture (now Tamsui District of New Taipei City), Loh grew up in a Christian family. He often accompanied his father, a Presbyterian pastor, on missionary journeys across Taiwan. At a child, he joined the church choir and was introduced to the rich sounds of the island’s ethnic groups.

The Yingge Ceramics Museum is located in the Yingge District of New Taipei City. The plan to establish the Yingge Ceramics Museum was proposed in 1998. Officially opened for public visiting on Nov. 26, 2000, it is the first museum that highlights ceramics crafts and products in Taiwan.
