The Ministry of Culture held talks with its affiliated museums and scholars over the provision of multilingual services and the establishment of native-language-friendly public spaces at the National Taiwan Museum on Feb. 5.
To highlight the significance of literature in everyday life, the National Museum of Taiwan Literature will hold a yearlong series of events re-scrutinizing the relationship among museums, humans, and literary works.
To promote a more comprehensive understanding of Southeast Asian literature among Taiwan readers, the Ministry of Culture will invite Southeast Asia authors to visit Taipei, Tainan, and Taichung for a series of forums from March 2 through 6.
