'Hung Yi's Wonderland'

“Hung Yi’s Wonderland,” an exhibition of 42 large-scale sculptures, will spread across the outdoor plaza of the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts from Dec. 26 through Feb. 14, 2016.

Hung Yi (洪易), a contemporary artist who believes that art stems from everyday life, records and makes his life experiences in Taiwan into works of art. In the past decade, Hung has brought his installation art across Taiwan and to other countries in the hope of bringing joy into people’s lives with his colorful sculptures.

The art installation will present Hung’s creation of whimsical sculptures from the past three years. Visitors will be able to enjoy animal- and plant-looking steel works that are given life by Hung with bold colors and Chinese cultural motifs.

More information on the artist can be found here.
