After 3 years of restoration and renovation, the former National Taiwan Science Education Center on Nanhai Road has re-opened as the Taipei Branch of the National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Institute.
The new branch will provide exhibition spaces for artists from Taiwan and other countries, which will allow visitors to see the latest works in the crafts field. In addition, workshops will be stationed with artists under a residency program to provide craft sessions.
The Taipei Branch will collaborate with other cultural venues along Nanhai Road, which will allow the public to view its crafts collection at more locations after visiting other exhibitions.
