The National Museum of History (NMH) is collaborating with the University Museum of the University of Tokyo (UMUT) to present the exhibition “Formosa Orchids Blossom,” which was launched at the Intermediatheque on Feb. 15. 
The Cultural Division of the Taipei Representative Office (TRO) in Germany is collaborating with the Taiwan Association in Berlin to present Taiwanese artist Fu Ya-wen at the 21st WRO Media Art Biennale 2025 in Poland. 
The Paris Foreign Missions launched an exhibition titled “Destination Asia, A Missionary Journey in Lego Bricks,” which showcases Lego models of various Asian cultural heritage, including Taiwan’s Longshan Temple.

Before the completion of the National Children’s Future Museum (NCFM) in 2030, located in the Xinban Special District of New Taipei City, the Ministry of Culture inaugurated its Vision Pavilion on May 24.

The National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts (NTMoFA) inaugurated the exhibition titled “Arts as Imprints of the Times – Permanent Collection of the NTMoFA” on May 24. The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Culture Lee Ching-hwi.

The Taiwanese film “Left-Handed Girl” won the Gan Foundation Award for Distribution at Cannes Critics’ Week on May 21. This accolade comes with a prize of €20,000 and guarantees a nationwide theatrical release in France.

Big Hill North Moon is a social enterprise founded by Chuang Kai-yung and Wu I-ching, dedicated to community-building initiatives in the Dashanbei area of Hsinchu County. Their efforts include revitalizing an abandoned school compound, organizing exhibitions and art festivals, and connecting local farmers.

In its past life, The Spring was one of Tainan’s major shopping districts. After being demolished, though, the site was converted into a family-friendly water-focused recreational plaza and was listed among “7 Picturesque Public Parks Soon To Sprout Around The World” by Forbes Magazine in 2016.
