The Women Make Waves International Film Festival from Taiwan is set to debut at the Forum des Images in Paris, celebrating the 30th anniversary of this pioneering Asian women's film festival and showcasing Taiwan's diversity.
With support from the Taipei Cultural Center, KO Studio is proud to present "Transcendental Visions: Ko Si-Chi's Art Works," a retrospective exhibition of curated photographs by the late Ko Si-Chi, one of Taiwan's foremost photographers.
The Taiwan Cultural Center in Japan has once again teamed up with Books Kinokuniya, one of Japan's largest bookstore chains. This year, the "Taiwan Book Fair" will be held at over 33 Books Kinokuniya locations throughout Japan.

The Creative Expo Taiwan (CET) 2023 returned to Taipei with an impressive display of its extended geographical footprint. The event’s inauguration was held on Sept. 21 at the Taiwan Contemporary Culture Lab (C-LAB), a renowned cultural venue.

2023 Taiwan International Human Rights Film Festival (TIHRFF) titled "Gone with the War," curated by National Award for Arts winner Huang Ming-chuan, commenced with Ukrainian director Alisa Kovalenko's "We Will Not Fade Away."

Through "Czechoslovakia, a Traveler, and Formosa in the 1920s: A Special Exhibition", the records of Bohumil Pospisil, the first Czechoslovakian traveler to visit Formosa, are brought to Taiwan a century later.

Born and raised in Baihe Township, Tainan County (now Baihe District, Tainan City), Lin Wen-yueh aspired to become a painter from a young age. He later enrolled in the National College of Arts' Chinese painting program (now known as the Department of Fine Arts at National Taiwan University of Arts).

Ku Gallery, situated on Daxi Old Street in Taoyuan City, boasts a rich history dating back more than 180 years to its original days as a pastry shop known as Ku Yu Fa. Today, the fifth-generation owner, Ku Cheng-chun, has breathed new life into the building by renovating it and having it recognized as a historical site.
