The works of Taiwanese artist Luo Jr-shin, which aim at capturing and amplifying the illusionary and delusionary moments of everyday life, will be showcased at the 11th edition of Liverpool Biennial in Liverpool, England.
Taiwanese disciplinary artist Joyce Ho will be showcasing her installations and performing art pieces at various venues in New York City, as part of Asia Society Triennial titled "We Do Not Dream Alone" through Jun. 27.
Museum Villa Stuck München in Germany, in collaboration with the Cultural Division of the Taipei Representative Office in Germany, is presenting a special exhibition "Li, Geschenke und Rituale," which features the works of Taiwanese artist Lee Ming-wei from May 13 through Sep. 12.

The Ministry of Culture announced on June 3 that the "Arts Relief 4.0" program will subsidize individuals and businesses in the arts and cultural sector that have been affected by the pandemic as well as suffered from operational difficulties since May 11.
Taiwan illustrator named winner of BolognaRagazzi Award
Taiwanese illustrator Lin Lian-en's book "Home" was awarded top prize of the prestigious BolognaRagazzi Award in the fiction category, indicating an increased recognition of Taiwanese creators in the world stage, and prompted Minister of Culture Lee Yung-te to express his gratitude to all Taiwan's outstanding creators for bringing the abundant creative energy to the world with their beautiful works.
NTMoFA provides free educational art resources online
National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts launched a web page "Online Art Resources Service," which provides teachers with teaching aids to complement online teaching-learning amidst the nationwide closure of schools due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Taiwan Kunju opera troupe has a diverse repertoire, and with its members averaging just over 30 years old, it has a virtually unlimited amount of potential for future growth. This group of outstanding Kunqu opera performers, trained and guided by a number of well-known masters of the art from China, have not only absorbed the essence of their guides' teachings, but also worked to create their own particular style.

The Kaohsiung Music Center was planned, designed and built by the Kaohsiung City Government as part of the "New Ten Major Construction Projects" plan approved by the Executive Yuan in 2009. Having selected the design by Spanish architect Manuel Alvarez Monteserin Lahoz out of a total of 147 submissions in an international architectural design competition held by the Kaohsiung City government, the contract was signed in 2011.
