Supported by the Ministry of Culture and the Taiwanese Representative Office in Lithuania, the Lithuania Asian Arts Center is hosting the "Taiwan On Screen" Film Festival from Nov. 23 to Dec. 2.
The Cultural Division of the Taipei Representative Office in Germany, in collaboration with the Taiwan Association in Berlin, launched a retrospective exhibition titled "Taipei Stories: The Films of Edward Yang" at the Deutsches Historisches Museum.
The Norwegian Film Institute (NFI) launched the "Taiwanese Wave" screening event on Oct. 29, featuring films by renowned Taiwanese directors, including Hou Hsiao-hsien, Edward Yang, and Tsai Ming-liang, across six cities in Norway.

In its first-ever collaboration with the Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra (LCO), the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra (NTSO) is set to give a concert with the LCO at the NTSO Concert Hall in Taichung City on Dec. 6.

On Nov. 18, the National Human Rights Museum (NHRM) unveiled the curatorial theme and featured artists for the Green Island Biennial 2025. The Biennial will take place from May 17 to Sept. 21, 2025.

Taigi poet Lin Tsung-yuan passed away on Nov. 20 at the age of 90. Minister of Culture Li Yuan expressed his sincere condolences, and praised Lin's enthusiasm and belief for Taiwanese Taigi literature.

Born in Kaohsiung in 1953, Ping Lu is a well-known fiction writer and columnist, famous for her cultural and social commentary. She has received numerous awards for her works, including the Taiwan Literature Award, Golden Tripod Award, Wu San-lien Award, and United Daily News Prize.

A masterpiece by Chinese-American architect I. M. Pei and Taiwanese architect Chen Chi-kuan, the Luce Memorial Chapel is situated in the heart of Taichung's Tunghai University. Its crucifix was visible from throughout the campus in its early days, making it a spiritual landmark for the school.
