The Museo Civico Archeologico di Bologna is hosting an exhibition titled "When Two Seas Meet in Bologna" from Apr. 9 to May 26, presenting the works of 60 artists, cartoonists, and illustrators from Taiwan and Italy. 
The Taipei Music Center is staging an exhibition titled "Music, Island, Stories: Taiwan Calling!" at the University of Washington Library in Seattle, U.S. from Apr. 24 to May 28. This exhibition highlights 50 exhibits among the TMC's collected items. 
Held at the Jim Thompson Art Center in Bangkok, the latest exhibition titled "Nomadic" showcases works by eight Asian artists, including two from Taiwan. Exploring themes of migration and identity, the exhibition will be on display until June 2.

The Matsu Biennial 2023 Art Festival has been recognized as the Iron Award winner in the Event and Happening Design Category in the latest edition of the A' Design Award and Competition, marking the third prestigious accolade received by the Biennial.

The Penghu County Cultural Affairs Bureau, in collaboration with the French Office in Taipei, has announced the launch of the Wangan Jhongshe Historical Houses in Penghu County as a base for the Formosa Art Residency Program for French artists.

Taiwanese director Wu Fan has been honored with the Emerging International Filmmaker Award at the Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Festival for her documentary film "XiXi."

Tseng Dau-hsiong is a renowned baritone and opera director from Taiwan. In 1956, he was admitted to the Taichung Teachers College and studied world literature, immersed in the works of Shakespeare, Goethe, Maupassant, and Hugo, igniting his interest in theater. At the same time, he began learning music performance.

The Tainan Art Museum is housed in two buildings. The first is a historic site that was home to the Japanese-era Tainan Police Station; the second is a distinctively modern building erected on the site of a former underground parking structure. The area in which the two buildings are located is rich with cultural heritage.
