The Norwegian Film Institute (NFI) launched the "Taiwanese Wave" screening event on Oct. 29, featuring films by renowned Taiwanese directors, including Hou Hsiao-hsien, Edward Yang, and Tsai Ming-liang, across six cities in Norway.
The Cultural Division of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Malaysia, the Taiwan Film and Audiovisual Institute, and the Singapore Asian Film Archive (AFA) are collaborating to present "Retrospective: Edward Yang" at Oldham Theatre, Singapore.
Supported by the Ministry of Culture and the RC Culture and Arts Foundation from Taiwan, the Hayward Gallery of the Southbank Center in London launched the exhibition "Huang Po-Chih: Waves" at its HENI Project Space on Oct. 8.

To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the passing of renowned architect and calligrapher Han Pao-teh, the NMH launched the exhibition "The World of Calligraphy Art - Han Pao-Teh's Modern Expression" at the Taipei Branch of the NTCRI.

The ceremony for the 9th Public Art Awards, the most prestigious and representative award for public art in Taiwan, took place at the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park in Taipei on Dec. 4, presenting 11 awards to 32 winners.

To pay homage to the late artist Chen Cheng-po, the National Taiwan Museum (NTM) is presenting the "Rediscovering Taiwan: Chen Cheng-po's 130th Birthday Anniversary Exhibition" at the NTM Railway Department Park.

Founded in 2018, Bon Appétit Theatre is a troupe that specializes in original stories, often incorporating unique sound experiences and audience participation. The troupe collaborates with foley artist Chen Yen-ju to explore sound and music, leading to innovative approaches in performance-making.

Located in Banqiao District, New Taipei City, the Banqiao Broadcasting Station was constructed in 1930 and began its operations in 1931. Designed by Japanese architect Shunichi Kuriyama, the façade of the building emphasizes horizontal lines, which is a typical feature of Taiwanese modernist architecture in the late period of Japanese rule.
